Replacing your soffits, fascias and guttering may seem like an extravagant expense; after all, it is not so visible as your doors and windows but the beauty of our replacement soffits and fascias is far more than skin deep.

Leaky old gutters allow rain water to get at your roof timbers and your walls. A sure-fire recipe for damp problems. Our PVC-U products are maintenance free and never need painting plus they protect your roof from water damage.

We offer 2 types of service. A full replacement service whereby we remove your old soffits, fascias and guttering before installing the new product. Alternatively we can ‘cap’ the existing soffits and fascias but still removing and replacing any rotten timber.

Materials are available in White and various colours.

Replacement fascias, soffits and guttering includes:
  • The complete removal of all timber fascia/soffit boards
  • Replacement of Fascia with PVC-U White Mega Board
  • White PVC-U solid smooth soffits
  • The insertion of a polythene D.P.C. below the bottom eaves tile course into the gutter
  • Soffit vents to each eaves elevation
  • Replacement of all guttering and downpipes with either white, black or brown, Squareline, Round, Ogee or Deepflow profile.
  • 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship
Capped fascias, soffits and guttering includes:
  • The removal and replacement of all rotted timber fascia/soffit boards
  • All replacement timber used to be protim or tanalith treated
  • White PVC-U 9mm solid fascia capping board
  • White PVC-U solid smooth soffits
  • The insertion of a polythene D.P.C. below the bottom eaves tile course into the gutter
  • Soffit vents to each eaves elevation
  • Replacement of all guttering and downpipes with either white, black or brown, Squareline, Round, Ogee or Deepflow profile.
  • 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship
We can also replace or add PVC-U cladding in both shiplap and tongue and groove styles.
